Pipes
Rotate the tiles until every pipe connects.
About Pipes
Pipes is a calm connection puzzle: turn each tile until the whole grid becomes one leak-free network. It's quick to learn and surprisingly logical once you start from the edges.
How to play
Tap a tile to turn it a quarter turn clockwise. Connect every pipe so there are no open ends and the whole grid forms one network. Pipes that reach the glowing source in the middle light up.
Tips and strategies
- Tiles on the border can't point outwards — fix those first.
- A dead end (one opening) must face a tile that has an opening toward it.
- Watch the glow: tiles connected to the source light up as you go.
Pipes strategy guide
Fix the border first. A pipe end may never point off the grid, so corner and edge tiles often have only one or two possible orientations.
Dead ends are the easiest tiles: they have a single opening, and next to the border or a finished tile there is usually only one direction it can face.
Never close a loop. With these tiles, any finished network has exactly enough connections to join every tile without a circle, so a turn that closes a loop is always wrong.
Frequently asked questions
How do I play Pipes?
Tap a tile to turn it a quarter turn clockwise. Turn the tiles until every pipe end meets another and the whole grid forms one network.
Which sizes can I play?
5×5, 7×7 and 9×9. The daily challenge is 7×7. Pipes connected to the glowing source in the middle light up, so you can see your progress.
Is there only one correct arrangement?
Any arrangement with no open ends that joins every tile into one network wins. Every puzzle is made by scrambling a finished network, so a solution always exists.
Is Pipes free to play?
Yes. Every game on Puzzimo is completely free and runs in your browser on desktop, tablet and phone — no download or installation.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play instantly as a guest and still appear on the leaderboards. Sign in with Google, Discord or LINE to keep your scores on every device.
How does the daily Pipes challenge work?
